Vitos Tacos

Our first foodie success story starts with one of the most popular food trucks at the Great American Foodie Fest. Victor Gonzales, the owner and founder of Vito’s Tacos is known to have some of the best Birria Tacos in the Las Vegas Valley.

Victor first started selling tacos from his home, but in September 2020 he invested in a food trailer when he started getting too busy and in just 4 years his business venture has expanded with 3 food trucks, 1 trailer, and 3 restaurants!

Victor’s love and inspiration for tacos all started from his frequent visits to Tijuana where he would try several different styles of tacos, but what really caught his attention was the birria taco which is a flavorful, slow-cooked Mexican meat stew or soup that originated in the town of Jalisco, which is Southwest of Guadalajara. The meat is typically goat or beef (Vito’s uses beef) that’s been marinated in an adobo of spices and herbs, then cooked in broth until the meat becomes so tender that it falls off the bone. the braised meat is then placed in a corn tortilla and pan-fried in the fat from the birria creating a mouth-watering taco that will blow your mind!
